Weekly Weigh In (292 lbs)

After losing ten pounds in September I managed to put it all back on in October. I really can’t feel bad for my self. I made the choices that lead to my gaining the weight back. The odd thing was, that I felt as if I was being compelled to eat. I felt like my body was rejecting the weight loss. I knew what to eat and when to eat but I always ended cheating. I’m going to start posting my cheat meals on the site for a while. Oh well we will see who wins this war. My goal is to looses three pounds this week.
